SMS Text Service	SMS services associated with your SMS code(s) are free for 1 year from the date you sign up and obtain your keyword.

Account Maintenance	In order to retain free use of this code during the first year, you must reaffirm your participation by logging in to the system each month at www.NurtureMyListings.com.

Get Your Sign	While first year SMS service is free, there is a $34 cost for your sign, shipping and handling. After the first year, there will be an annual service renewal fee of $29/year.

Transaction	Your credit card information will not be stored in our system and there will be no automatically recurring charges for this service.

Contact Manager	This is a free service as long as you would like to use it. There will be no charge for this feature.
